Members of the U.S. Supreme Court have ruled that police can now enter your home without a warrant!
The Supreme Court's ruling in Kentucky v. King gives law enforcement officials the authority to enter your home without obtaining a search warrant, in expended circumstances!
Our "government has denied property and privacy rights in deference to making the job of the police easier," Napolitano said on Fox News. "Why would we let our own government do to us what we fought a revolution against 230 years ago?"
The purpose of the Fourth Amendment is to protect citizens' privacy and property rights; but the Supreme Court's decision now allows authorities to violate those rights, and to stage a search and seizure of property without obtaining a warrant from a judge.
In her lone dissenting opinion, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg compares the Court's majority ruling to a police state: "The warrant requirement ranks among the 'fundamental distinctions between our form of government, where officers are under the law, and the police-state where they are the law.'" ... "In no quarter does the Fourth Amendment apply with greater force than in our homes, our most private space which, for centuries, has been regarded as 'entitled to special protection.'"

George Soros is continuing his power grab for the United States?
Those who thought getting Barack Obama elected the first time was enough power for the "international man of misery," can think again. Soros is back and bigger than ever.
He's learned from the 2010 elections, and he's set up a counter to the conservative grassroots activism that has taken hold of the country. He's created a new program, called the Democracy Alliance which is aimed at ensuring Obama wins the 2012 election.
The plan from the Democracy Alliance is the Secretary of State Project (SOS), which will "create a permanent political infrastructure of nonprofits, think tanks, media outlets, leadership schools, and activist groups -- a kind of "vast left-wing conspiracy" to compete with the conservative movement. It has brokered more than $100 million in grants to liberal nonprofits, including ACORN."
Basically, liberals can't organize like conservatives can, so Soros is going to buy a network of grassroots organizations in order to intimidate voters and give the appearance of Democrat resurgence. From the SOS website:
"In the 2000 and 2004 elections, we saw the results of extreme Republican tactics to intimidate voters and steal the presidential election -- the disastrous presidency of George W. Bush. Today, we watch as Republicans go to even greater extremes -- even carrying guns to town hall meetings. If they are willing to go to such extremes now, how far will they go on November 6, 2012 to steal the election from President Barack Obama?"

The United Way President Brian Gallagher receives a $375,000 base salary along with numerous expense benefits. They give to illegals I will not give to them.
UNICEF CEO Caryl M. Stern receives $1,200,000 per year (100k per month) plus all expenses including a ROLLS ROYCE . Less than 5 cents of your donated dollar goes to the cause
The Salvation Army's Commissioner Todd Bassett receives a salary of only $13,000 per year (plus housing) for managing this $2 billion dollar organization.
96 percent of donated dollars go to the cause.
The American Legion National Commander receives a $0.00 zero salary. Your donations go to help Veterans and their families and youth!

Are we to choose between Barry’s Kenyan Birth Certificate, recently revealed, or the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth; Eeny, meeny, miny, moe……Oh, I must be a racist! Everyone who questions Barry does so because he is a racist.
In response to this racist mantra of the left, blacks are what, about fifteen percent of the population. A majority of whites elected this Marxist trained, Kenyan Born individual temporarily occupying the White House. How can we be racist and have elected Barry at the same time? And you continue to call our questioning racist? Could it be his policies? Perhaps his disregard for the U.S. Constitution? Certainly not his thirty eight and counting Czars he has placed on the public payroll? Surely not his extravagant vacations or his spending frenzy with negative economic impact? It couldn’t be his shutting down the Gulf oil industry, destroying over 30,000 jobs, nor his shutting down the oil industry in west Texas by declaring a six inch lizard endangered? Not his abominable ObamaCare. Certainly not his bringing foreign entities in to sue our State governments. Not his spending 2.5 million dollars hiding his real birth certificate for over two years. No, it must be because he is Black, according to his political spin team, the mainstream media, and now even Fox News. They all appear to be in bed together. Why did it take Donald Trump and the Kenyan Birth Certificate to get any answers at all? Where has our media been from the start?

Why Sarah Palin? Why not Ron Paul or Donald Trump? Perhaps Michele Bachman or Mike Huckabee???
I have grappled with the dilemma of which Presidential candidate represents the desire of the people to adhere to the core values and safeguards of our freedoms placed in our Constitution by the Founding Fathers. My challenge is that we are running out of people who pay into the tax coffers. Over 45% appear to pay no Federal taxes, yet get to vote for more taxes on those that do. Thomas Jefferson warned us that when this voting block of non tax payers reached over 50% our form of government would end. From my view, it is now or never to take a stand against the designs of George Soros and an out of control Congress of Democrats and Republicans trying to cement in their power while continuing to remove our Freedoms.
